Park Pharmacy Inc. was established in May of 1997 after Tuckers Drug Store was purchased by Mark Pechacek, Peggy Prohaska and Dave Prohaska. Park Pharmacy Inc. operates under two separate dba’s of Park Pharmacy and North Central IV Home Infusion. Park Pharmacy is a retail pharmacy providing pharmacy services as well as OTC items, cards, gifts and many seasonal items to the general public. North Central IV Home Infusion provides infusion services to people in their homes. Park Pharmacy is currently owned by Mark Pechacek, Peggy Prohaska and is part of the Prohaska Pharmacy Group which includes James Pharmacy of Barron & Turtle Lake, Melin Pharmacy of Balsam Lake, Miller Pharmacy of Cadott, Owen-Withee Pharmacy, Rusk County Clinic Pharmacy of Ladysmith, Blue Hills Dollar Plus of Bruce & Shell Lake Pharmacy.
