 PrescriptionsTo have your prescription filled, call the Park Pharmacy at 715.762.3283 or come into the store during our regular business hours and a Pharmacist will assist you. To research information about your prescription, try searching from our Drug Information Database page. If you have any questions regarding your prescription(s) or feel you may have received something in error, please call the Park Pharmacy immediately and speak with one of our Pharmacists.  InsuranceThe Park Pharmacy participates in most National and Local Insurance Plans. When filling your prescription, please provide us with all prescription plan information. If for some reason we are unable to verify your coverage or unable to bill your insurance, we will contact you by phone. If your insurance company does not cover your prescription, or if we do not participate in your plan at this time, you always have the option of paying the full price of the prescription. You will be provided with a detailed receipt, including prescription information that you can forward to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Home DeliveryTo place a Home Delivery order please call us at 715.762.3283 Delivery is available Monday through Friday only (excluding national holidays). The delivery charge is $5.00 within Park Falls city limits and $10 for those within a 10 mile radius of Park Falls. Deliveries are unavailable to destinations beyond that. Deliveries are made between 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. Orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. the day prior to your scheduled delivery or by 9:00 a.m. for same-day delivery.
